Updated Version 0.1.0 - Testing Continues

Some bug fixes, some enhancements.

Bug: Opening dialog sequence: When you start the app, you're presented with a dialog to enter personalized information, which takes you to the panel to do that.; If you hit "Cancel" without entering any data, the panel will exit and you're left in a bad state.; Fix: Remove the "Cancel" button, and change the "Ok" button to "Done". The app won't work without some data entered. You can enter anything. Same thing with the games selection panel – if you don't select a game to play, the app doesn't know what to do.
Bug: "Enter dataset name" dialog too big: On some devices, the dialog is too big (too much text), and the "Ok" button is obscured by the keyboard.; Fix: Check device size and remove some explanatory text to reduce the dialog size.
Feature: "Mark Mode": Discovered when trying to transcribe to my own lottery ticket – if there are multiple rows of numbers, it's real easy to get lost and pick numbers from the wrong row.; "Mark Mode" removes extraneous items from the screen and highlights a single row. You can change rows by selecting the row you want to transcribe.; "Mark Mode" is exited by hitting the orange "Done" button (toggles between "Mark" and "Done");
Enhancement: more info in the "Prior Matches" summary panel.: The "Prior Matches" summary panel (from Analyses/Prior Matches menu selection) now shows the total number of draws and the last draw date for a given game.
